This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Dolphin Trade Hub mobile application ("App"). The App is provided by Dolphin Markets for existing clients and supplements the Dolphin Markets Privacy Policy available on our website.
The App is available exclusively to clients who already hold an active trading account with Dolphin Markets. It does not support account opening, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, or other brokerage onboarding processes. Those activities are governed by the Dolphin Markets Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide the App and its services, we may process the following information:

• MetaTrader 5 account number
• Trading server
• Account balance (where required to provide App functionality)
Authentication Information
When you sign in, your MetaTrader 5 login credentials are securely transmitted for authentication against Dolphin Markets' trading infrastructure.
Your password is used solely for authentication and is not retained after successful login.
If you select the Remember Me option, a secure authentication token may be stored on your device for up to 30 days to simplify future sign in.
Device Information
We may collect:
• Device model
• Operating system
• Application version

• Push notification token
App Activity
We may collect:
• Login timestamps
• Session information
• Push notification interactions
Trading Activity
Where you initiate trades through the App, we may record:
• Trading account number

5. Push Notifications
If enabled, the App may send push notifications relating to:

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
6. Technology Provider
Certain features of the App are powered by Trading Bull, which provides the underlying technology platform on behalf of Dolphin Markets.
Trading Bull processes personal information solely to:
• authenticate users;
• operate the App;
• transmit trading instructions initiated by users;
• generate usage and engagement reporting for Dolphin Markets; and
• maintain and improve the technical performance of the App.
Trading Bull does not provide brokerage services and does not independently determine the purposes for which your personal information is processed.
7. Disclosure of Information
We may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate the App, including:
• MetaQuotes (MetaTrader 5)
• Trading Bull
• Cloud hosting providers
• Push notification providers
We do not sell your personal information.
